1. Flexible Monthly Commitment
We believe in earning our seat at your table every month. All Fractional IT Management tiers operate on a rolling 30-day agreement. Either party may provide 30 days' written notice to adjust, pause, or conclude the service level, ensuring your IT leadership always scales with your current business needs.
2. The "Strategic Guardrail" (Project Overages)
To maintain the integrity of your Monthly Roadmap, significant one-time projects (e.g., full office relocations, major server migrations, or new software implementations) fall outside the scope of monthly retainer hours.
The Process: We will identify these "Project Spikes" early and provide a separate Project Scope of Work (SOW) for your approval.
The Rate: Any pre-approved advisory hours exceeding your monthly tier allotment are billed at our standard professional rate of CI $150 per hour.
3. Third-Party Vendor Transparency
ILS IT Advisory Services acts as your independent advocate. We do not accept commissions, "kickbacks," or referral fees from MSPs, hardware vendors, or software providers. This ensures our recommendations are 100% aligned with your business interests and budget.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Given the sensitive nature of IT Governance and Cayman DPL/AML requirements, all engagements are governed by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your corporate data, vendor contracts, and strategic roadmaps remain your exclusive intellectual property.
5. On-Site vs. Remote Presence
While much of our strategic oversight is conducted through high-level analysis and vendor mediation, each tier includes a baseline for on-site presence at your George Town or West Bay Road offices. Travel outside of Grand Cayman, if required, will be coordinated and billed separately with prior authorization.
